Energy Union - A Workout for the Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual.

I noticed early on in my spiritual life journey that much of my culture separated its spiritual/religious time from the rest of work and leisure time, whereas other cultures around the world practice their religion, well, religiously. I'm not saying one is more right than the other, but I have found that a life infused with gratitude and overall awareness is truly rewarding. During my travels and studies, I have gleamed and preened from all that I have experienced and looked to the future of getting the absolute most out of workout within a classroom environment.

Here in the United States, typically we have our physical workout in a gym, our mental workout in a school, our emotional workout in a counselors office and our spiritual workout in a church or temple. I thought, why not combine all of those things into one practice? Thus "Energy Union" came into being.

This workout is for anyone and everyone who has a belief that life can get easier and better with a little help from yourself and others. Energy Union is held in small class sizes; between 4-8 people. During the first 15-20 minutes of the practice, we gather in a circle, introduce ourselves and state to one another what it is we are desiring in our lives. Any goal or dream will do; the important part is having the courage to speak your inner truth to a small audience of your peers - this can be quite a workout of the senses all by itself. We do this for a couple reasons: One, so that everyone is in the same boat; speaking honestly about ourselves creates trust. Embracing the number one fear of public speaking is a big step into a greater liberation. Two, now that your goal/dream has been spoken to an external audience, there are now multiple people looking out for you and helping you to create the connections necessary for progress. It's like having multiple spotters whom not just giving you words of encouragement but assistance whenever possible as well.

The second part of the workout is a fusion of Yoga, Meditation and QiGong; the most fundamentally important and overall rewarding practices I have discovered in my life. The title, "Energy Union", derives from the Mandarin word "Qi", perhaps the best English translation is "Energy", and the word "Yoga" in Sanskrit means "Union". Since science has shown that all things are vibrating energy, I believe it is vital for us to be able to focus and unionize our energy, both as individuals and collectively (or, see that it already is, but perhaps could be organized in a way that serves ourselves more so). I simultaneously guide and demonstrate a manageable, yet challenging workout that keeps ones focus on the bones, tendons, muscles, organs and Qi to create a closer relationship with oneself and gain more influence over the breath, body, emotions, mind and the bio-electricity that connects everything together.

Students who have an open, humble heart and are willing to give it their best will prosper most from this practice; but still will those who are desiring to discover a little bit greater overall health and well being. If you would be interested in changing certain aspects of your life through this newly created practice, please let me know. Till then and always, blessings be.

Are you certified?

I ask, by whom? This organization? That administration? And who gave them the credentials to label others as worthy and unworthy?

I'm sorry to say world, but too many out there are, what I call, "hoop jumpers". We do tricks to show others we're worthy of one thing or another and if we try hard enough, we get a little piece of paper or a ribbon that usually gets tucked away and collects dust; no one even asks to see it. I ponder; Why? If these articles are so important then why aren't we holding them on our person because of the many who want or need to see them?

Let me take you all the way to the biggest certifications I have acquired; my college degree and my certificate of marriage. Now, before I go further, let me first point out that I do not regret either of these experiences, but they taught me predominantly one thing: the very act of getting these certifications contradicts the very thing they mean to support (knowledge and love). Let me explain.

In 2008 I received a BS (no pun intended) in Digital Art and Business Administration. I left the University of Oregon with a beginners education of the field and NO EXPERIENCE. It cost me somewhere around $50,000 for something I could have paid Lynda.com $25 a month, for a few months to catch up to speed (which I later did). All I would have needed was a little passion and discipline; college taught me neither. Who were these fine collegiate educators? Two groups mostly: 1. A group of professors who received their Masters or PhD decades prior, some decrepit and aged from years of cut backs and a student population whose restless minds he/she could rarely satisfy, and some pompous enough to believe that their certification allowed them to do whatever they wanted and gave them permission to not have to be enthusiastic about their practice any longer. And 2. Students themselves, being paid by waiving tuition costs, some enthusiastic and truly promising, most didn't know what they were doing. Overall, apparently, I was there to be entertained, not necessarily educated.

On New Years Eve 2011-12 I was married to the first person in my life whom I can truly regard as an authentic soul mate. We married for many reasons; some right, some wrong. Once we were married, it was like the contract was there to say we must love each other and we must stick together. She fell out of love and I struggled to the point of massive suffering to try and make it work. In the end, it was folly, I had made a mistake by listening to the guidance of what I thought was right, rather than what I felt was right. We had to hire a de-certifier to get a legal separation (practically whistling while he worked on my shattered heart, represented in paper files) and then again to get the dissolution when it was clear that there was no getting back together.

All that trouble for one lesson: contracts, documentations, judgements and certifications mean absolutely nothing, except to those who fear. I fear no more. I read energies now, not papers.

I LOVE how only "OREGON" wasn't burnt. Completely unintentional.

I LOVE how only "OREGON" wasn't burnt. Completely unintentional.

After my marriage was over and the love for my college education was completely gone, I turned to something that served me greater then any wife or college professor ever could, myself. I studied my own consciousness through motivational speakers, yoga, and meditation which later branched out to qigong, dancing, singing, farming, and fire spinning, to name just a few. In contrast I realized something incredible: People value your energy over your documentations. Crazy enough but people tend to go on what they think and feel way more than what they know to be true. And they all come to that because, my guess, they followed similar steps and have had to helplessly watch it crumble apart.

That is why I am creating Full Circle Phenomenal; not for the title, the status nor the awards, but for giving the gift that gives back: Raw, unfiltered love and guidance towards a truer, Phenomenal reality - Full Circle. I don't need someone else's permission, I dedicate myself to my practice for my whole life long because I know it to be an education that must be invested in constantly. It is creating a creative and exciting life; for myself and others. If I don't dedicate myself and my enthusiasm to the practice, then any certification I would have received would become a mute point; just as it did with all those grandfathered professors. We have the all world's ever expanding knowledge in our pockets now (which seems to be mostly used for unfulfilling drama and focusing on problems rather than solutions).

I understand my true identity; the One behind the clothes and the skin, even the thoughts, and the feelings and he does not need anything but another One open to making something great together and getting healthier in the process.

I extend this invitation to you; another One, just like I am. It could be any One but only some One who is also ready to start listening within and allowing it to teach them what is actually happening and how to take hold of this experience we've labeled 'life', and make it extraordinary.

It's so much easier then going up against so much resistance. To let go of the need to please your external audience and to please your internal one is magic; it makes the world fall perfectly into place. That is what I do; I guide myself and others to enhancing their experience. And I am open to sharing my abundance if you are interested in having some. Fall, and I will help you back up. Fail, and I will show you how to succeed. (Refer to the sentence prior.)

All the Love,
-Jesse Hart

I saw this *sign* shortly after the last person asked about my being certified. I saw a beautifully written, "he". I love that "she" is just a little prettier, "he".
